For my 15th birthday party im inviting 40 people and so far on my list Ive got

Glow Sticks/Necklaces/Bracelets
Neon/Glowing Face Paint
Neon Plates and Napkins
Neon Forks
Black Lights
Neon strings and Paper (For decorations)

one of my ideas that i found online was too get a bowl of gummy bears and gummy works nd then place a glow stick at the bottom of it so that the gummies glow.

have everyone wear plain white or black shirts and buy highlighters to decorate each others shirts.. Give everyone a highlighter when they come in.. Make sure no one writes anything that parents wouldn’t approve of.. 
If you are making a huge bowl of punch throw a glow stick in the bottom..
Instead of neon everything buy some white stuff.. it will glow really cool in the black lights
It would also be cool if you could find some plain white gel or glow in the dark gel pens which would look awesome with the black light
cover a table with black paper and buy neon chalk or highlighters to decorate with.. have everyone write a fun message so you can always remember your birthday
Detergent – Little known fact that Tide and other laundry detergents actually shine under black light. so fill small clear containers with them and set them around the room or fill containers with milk (just don’t drink it after)
Highlighter Bottles – If you take plastic 2 liter bottles, clean them out, and use clear ones you can put the inside of a highlighter into the bottle and fill it up with water. Wait a day and shake it and the resulting liquid will glow very very bright under black light. These can be very cool centerpieces and it’s a great way to recycle everyone’s old bottles

Tonic water glows.. but doesn’t taste good alone.. it usually is used with alcohol but you shouldn’t be drinking.. so buy flavored liquids.. I know at target they have apple, blueberry flavors.. (ask your parents usually this stuff is by the liquor) Or buy a thing of cherries and add cherries and the juice to the tonic water!!
