Help with my stand at a church convention?
Next weekend is my church’s huge camp meeting conviention and me and my friends are doing a stand. we thought of a Noah’s Ark theme, but it would be all rainbow. We’re putting on Rainbow outfits and making our table have a sky blue tablecloth with sweets decorated all rainbow. But our stand needs a little more than that. Do you have any suggestions at all what we could buy and put with our table? We’re all stumped. We could have ballons, or a fake dove, anything related to our theme. If it’s not too late for shipping purposes, you can link whatever you feel could go with our stand. We aren’t doing crafts or toys, just decorations and/or party supplies. Plates, napkins, toppers, anything. P.S.: We are trying to keep umder $100 bugdet, 150 if we *have* to. Thanks for the help. C:
If you belong to a church whose members are from diverse backgrounds, a great theme is “Many Nations” or “Diversity.” Each person should share a food from their cultural background. Hang maps of the specific country or region behind . Encourage anyone who owns cultural dress to wear it, and plan the music in advance to ensure that each person’s background is represented. Theme could be “We are all God’s children”‘
Or a variation-make the stand look like a sheep pen-simply get bales of hay etc.
